The Oldest City in Georgia - Savannah

History is interesting, especially when you are able to see the actual places, and be in awe of all the wonderful places and things that are still standing even after so many decades. If you want to see more history in oldest place in all of Georgia, then you have to get your charter bus driver to take you to thecity of Savannah.
As the first state capitol of Georgia, this strategic port city was established in 1733, and is currently the fifth largest and third largest metropolitan city in Georgia. The city features many beautiful historical architecture such as the birthplace of Juliette Gordon Low, the Georgia Historical Society, the Telfair Academy of Arts and Sciences, the First African Baptist ChurchTemple Mickve Israel, and theCentral of Georgia Railway roundhouse complex.
